Welcome to QuizRay (operated by Inraylabs Tech Services). By accessing or using our website, services, mobile platforms, and applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
2. Services & Products Overview
QuizRay provides a SaaS-based online quiz and assessment platform for schools, colleges, institutions, businesses, and event organizers. Our services include candidate registration, timed online quizzes, automated scoring, leaderboards, certificate issuance, and integration with payment gateways (such as Cashfree Payments India) for registration fee collection.
3. Account & Registration
To create events or manage quizzes, organizers must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Pricing & Payments in INR
All subscription fees, plan charges, and candidate registration fees on QuizRay are listed and processed in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹). Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments or other authorized gateways.
5. Candidate Conduct & Anti-Cheating
Candidates taking quizzes agree to submit their own work without unauthorized assistance. QuizRay reserves the right to log anticheat signals (tab switches, focus loss, device telemetry) and report anomalies to event organizers.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software code, logos, designs, and brand elements are the exclusive property of Inraylabs Tech Services. Organizers retain ownership of their proprietary question banks and quiz assets uploaded to the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in illegal or abusive activities.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
